1. New business must adhere to these minimums to qualify in the bonus calculations:

• Client must be active and in good status on 4/30/2022

• Run payroll for a minimum of 30 days

• Minimum administrative fee of $1,000.00/worksite employee per year

• Weighted workers' compensation cost of 3.0% or higher

   2. Current GEM PEO clients do not qualify for Perfect 10 Bonus Incentive

   3. Perfect 10 Bonus Incentive qualification assessment will be conducted on 5/1/2022

   4. Perfect 10 Bonus Incentive pay-outs will be made no later than 5/15/2022
